and we thought OUR riverfront was cool... Holy |expletive|. I would love to see some more housing/retail/restaurants along the river. The parks we have are phenomenal, but how great would it be to walk out your front door to the river? That does look nice, but I would much rather prefer a lake over...

Re: Downtown Soccer Stadium (Abbott Drive)
ah ok, that is even better i think. When i looked back at the original post being 10k, I was definitely thinking that'd be hard to fill. I mean, Omaha does a pretty good job with events downtown (swim trials, march madness, CU basketball, supernovas, etc) but i didn't want to see this be too big and...

Re: Downtown Soccer Stadium (Abbott Drive)
Union Omaha averaged a league 3rd best attendance, averaging 3,075 per game. If they shoot for 10k at the proposed stadium, I suspect a first season average of 6k would be likely. I'm sure there will be games that sell out, too, but on average, i think 6k sounds like a good number.

the garage is progressing much slower for obvious reasons, but hopefully they can start erecting steel by the fall? they are at L4 right now (almost May) and have to get to 12/13 in order to start steel. Is 8 more levels doable in the next 3 months?

on my way home last night, i noticed quite a bit of utility markings on Douglas. is it possible they changed the route to coincide with the ORBT route? Douglas between what and what? They definitely wouldn’t change the route at this stage. If it was close to 10th street it could be streetcar relate...

Would an assumption...

there is some heavy machinery onsite under the approach on the iowa side. Even a gravel road that leads towards the trees. I was there yesterday. I should have taken more pics, but it looks like they cleared a lot of trees/foilage and created trails or something. https://i.postimg.cc/5XGfnyzb/IMG20...
