If you click on the "data" sub-directory on the website, it'll give you the categories.
Thanks Ricko...I did and it is still unclear (at least to me) the precise criteria and weighting system used.

I'm hearing that Summer Kitchen is moving (vicinity of Cabella's) due to being told that their stay in the strip mall would be finite, that it would be razed in its entirety at some future date.  Anyone have an inkling what's up?  Thanks...
