The word on the street is they are going to turn this area into a mini old market! That's what I heard from a lady that rents out a house in that area.

Why isn't this getting more press? I think this is pretty big for the city. I have always thought Eppley was not a great indicator of our city and gave a bad first impression. I love that we are growing and throwing money into our airport.
