One of the cooler, more "out there" proposals for adaptive reuse of a historical property. I'm excited to see how this one turns out and would love to see ingenuity like this closer to home!

Specht is a local landmark, I don't think it'll be coming down.

Re: The Yard (15th & Cuming)
Wow! When the news story announced the Kiewit facility first I thought that was all and was disappointed. But you can fit them both in one lot! And the apartments will look great across from Slowdown.
Really goes to show how much space surface lots really take up.

Sprague Street/Park Crest Apartments (4822 Sprague)
Was checking out the Northstar Foundation when I ran straight into a fairly large project that I hadn't heard anything about. It's apparently a renovation of an existing apartment building that will be used as a women's rehab center. Seems like a cool, notable project with some big names (Alley Poyn...

Re: River's Edge Development (Playland Park)
In my opinion this is the most important development in Omaha right now (pending what happens with lot B and the streetcar project) because it involves the riverfront and is probably the riskiest project in the metro area since Midtown Crossing. We currently have a world class river, a beautiful bri...

Does anyone have the most recent updated renderings for the lots to the south and east of DJ's Dugout? Are these accurate renderings?
