Lobster rolls in New England are currently $25-35 for fresh caught fwiw. Guessing the size of these rolls were probably a little smaller though.

I agree with the initial author and prefer the La Casa on Grover to the Leavenworth location (note: equidistant travel times and I always do takeout). I think the Grover location has higher quality control and puts more cheese on the pizza.

I say this as a nearly-daily trail user in Omaha and frequent biker: I am not sure how I feel about dedicating such large portions of these parks to biking. I think they would limit other uses and I question if these renovations are the community's top priorities for these parks.

I believe on the south side of the HDR garage, but still plenty of land on the north side of the garage.
There are also a couple of smaller lots on the NE corner of 67th and Shirley and to the west of the Zone 5 parking garage.

I think you're overestimating the speed of a streetcar, which is inherently slower than driving due to the need for stopping/unloading. KC's streetcar takes 20+ minutes to go two miles, I expect Omaha's to be the same speed. If I were a mutual worker, I would be very unhappy with the park and ride a...
