Lobster rolls in New England are currently $25-35 for fresh caught fwiw. Guessing the size of these rolls were probably a little smaller though.

This is great news, I hope Mexitli continues its success. Easily my favorite Mexican spot in Omaha, their chef is very creative and I'm excited to see what he can do with a more permanent space.

I agree with the initial author and prefer the La Casa on Grover to the Leavenworth location (note: equidistant travel times and I always do takeout). I think the Grover location has higher quality control and puts more cheese on the pizza.

I say this as a nearly-daily trail user in Omaha and frequent biker: I am not sure how I feel about dedicating such large portions of these parks to biking. I think they would limit other uses and I question if these renovations are the community's top priorities for these parks.

I think you're overestimating the speed of a streetcar, which is inherently slower than driving due to the need for stopping/unloading. The crossfit gym here opened up about a week ago. The building (modular construction) looks sharp with large glass garage doors and there is a nice lawn and connection to the trail. I think they are set up well for success.
