Awesome. I hope this means they will make a 2nd lane for Southbound 72nd when coming off of the interstate. Currently people just drive onto the shoulder to turn right when there is cars backed up waiting to turn left.

Anybody know what is going in at 72nd and State? I drive by it twice a day and still can't tell what it is going to be.

I had the Thai Wrap on Saturday. Very bland for $7.00.

Saw Ron Howard downtown eating at Ahmad's today. Didn't want to disturb his meal so I stayed my distance. Plus I was working so I couldn't spend too much time out there.

Well, we had some land assessors out at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. We are all thinking we're the next store to go. We asked the GM and he said they were just doing it to re-finance. Odd considering that's what happened at Ford and Mercedes.  We're all thinking it's time to start looking for a new job.

Actually I think they are just going to close the Ford store. The Mercedes store will, of course, stay open and be operated by Performance. All of the vehicles at the Ford store are going to auction. They wouldn't even let us at the CJD store buy any of them. Only customers can. Kind of sucks consid...

I think Dundee is the best theater. Where else shows midnight movies? I know Great Escape did for a month, and my friends and I were the only ones that were at any of the movies. If I am not seeing a midnighter at Dundee I am at Great Escape or Star Cinema.

I work at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge and we just found out the Ford store and Mercedes store are closing. Performance is buying Mercedes and Lithia wouldn't sell it to them without Ford. As far as we know, our CJD store is staying open.

Feel free to ask any questions about Trini's and/or Butsy LeDoux's. I worked there for almost 3 years until they closed Butsy's and wanted everybody to move to Trini's. That would have meant that there would be 5 cooks and about 15 servers/hosts combined.
