3 hours max for parking at a city park seems kind of ridiculous. I can understand a limit on weekdays during the day, but at night and on weekends? This doesn't really encourage people to come downtown and enjoy the parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. Maybe they want to encourage people to use Lyft ...
