I honestly never knew anybody kept track of that lol. That site has the temperature data for every day in those periods (except some years in the 90s for some reason) and you can select the parameters of what you want to see - e.g. below or above a certain temperature. I was playing around with it ...

I haven't seen it yet this year, but I did see one flying over Dodge by Baker's last winter. Wonder what lake its hanging out at to be in your neighborhood? I know there have been some at Flanagan Lake, but this is the first time I've seen any around my area this year and I've been out there a lot....

It looked like they finished the cement work on the medians Monday when I drove through. Guessing it will be open by the end of next week at the latest. Maybe even by the end of this week.

I think 72nd over the UP tracks should happen soon. That'll be a real nightmare. That needs an extra lane from EB I-80 to SB 72nd down to F. Merging is white-knuckle with the current bridge. Maybe someday when the I-80 bridge is in need of replacement, they'll design it to where they can straighten 132nd more. But that is probably many decades away. 132nd in this area is only considered a collector; not even a minor arterial. It's doubtful you'll ever see any major changes between Giles...

Sidewalks are poured on the south side of Pacific, Traffic lights for the EB lanes are erected, along with signage on 156th for left turns onto Pacific.
