I work in the area. The 30th st store has been undergoing remodeling a couple months. Signing is finished, new paint. Basically looks the same inside. Shelving realignment pretty much.

Do we know for sure that this is this is owned by the same people as the Okoboji one? Pretty sure it's not. The Okoboji donut shop is owned by Brent Wyman, I believe. This Starbucks will cause a traffic problem there. Especially when the Celebrity development starts filling in and exits off Potter or that light. There is currently no plan for a light on Potter and Hwy 133. Phase 1 is over 300 homes.
