Re: CU baseball coach attacked in the Old Market
That is one of the worst written articles I have read in a long time. Was the second victim and Wordekemper together hard to tell? "Police discovered him lying in the street" except they didn't discover him because people called Police and were gathered around him. "Someone" star...

Re: New HDR Corporate Headquarters
they mention a roof top pavilion ( it doesn't say if that is the roof of the tower or the adjacent garage) I imagine it has to be on the garage but that is great news, a parking garage with ground level retail and a roof top pavilion is excellent. Now we just need to see if they are going to make t...

Perfect opportunity to restore the street grid to 9th Street. 9th Street can be extended behind the Embassy Suites all the way to Harney replacing Con Agra Drive (although it might have to curve slightly behind the Embassy Suites). Howard would have to Curve around the Embassy Suites as well but cou...

I assumed in the original rendering this was being built farther back with parking in front. It is nice that it is being built along the street with the parking behind the building.

I would rather have the Juliette Balcony than just a window. However in this location you are going to be getting some pretty good street noise especially those second floor apartments.

I am still confused by this, an architecture design firm is designing offices and a parking garage for themselves. The building design has not even been approved but they don't have enough parking. Can't they just build a bigger garage? Can't they put parking across the entire lot and put their buil...
