How about hanging some nets off the bridges and opening up batting cages or a quad copter park where kids can fly their quad copters outside, but inside of a giant netted area.

Great examples. I'm wondering, is there anything in our city laws or building codes that prevent a permanent structure from being built under the interstate?

The bus doesn't even run after 7pm. It's 30 minutes between buses. It would probably take me at least 2 hours to take a bus to the airport (including a 30 minute walk with my luggage to the closest bus stop), or I could just drive my car and be there in 40 minutes. You also forgot to mention taxi se...

Yeah. And inside they moved the products around, painted the walls, and vacated the old liquor section of the building. Wondered why they have all vacated the liquor store. Everything I read, that's a huge money maker for stores and places like HyVee keep adding larger and larger liquor stores. The...

Is this development considered to be successful? There's not much going on here and lots of open land. I don't understand how the Boys Town development can progress if this area of land cannot be filled.

Purely speculation, but I wonder if one of the local craft breweries (NBC, Lucky Bucket, etc) will take over this lease, and use the place as a tap room/supplemental brewery. Lots of space, but convenient if you don't have to purchase brewing equipment. It's a pretty cool building, but the reality ...
