A shame since I like the building but it won’t be a focal point anymore for sure at least from the photogenic park perspective...

I doubt there's much in the way of pollution that'd prevent them from developing it, if that were the case. It isn't like Asarco when they had to do all that remediation because of contamination. Sure, there my have been some oil that got spilled or whatever, but that'd be superficial compared to si...

I think it looks super cool. Yes, it's on the edge of the Metro, but probably hard to find enough land at a reasonable price in the city proper. I still want a full scale outdoor water park on the scale of Aquatica or Wet N Wild. Maybe Nebraska Crossing still has promise for that. I agree with a lo...

I didn't think it was a good ad campaign from the beginning. Glad to see they dropped it Despite criticisms of the slogan, it at least did not hurt tourism or people's perception of Nebraska. Re: OKC 2nd Tallest Skyscraper in the USA
I will go ahead and say it. OKC has already had too much destruction with the bombing in the 90's. They do not need to build another target that could be a focal point at some point in time for the wrong reasons. to be fair, they shouldn't have built the Freedom tower in NYC either then. That being...

there is a pack of them roaming around the west end of CB. It's understandable if they are in fields or areas near the river, but to be in residential neighborhoods seems odd. Animal control isn't worried about it though

I kind of love this idea. I actually really like how many areas this track snakes by. Printing station is right next to Capitol District/north part of CBD. There is also the 12th and Dodge ORBT station just a block south. I know an A-B route is preferred for speed, but you're hitting a lot of hotel...
