on a side note, I couldn't help noticing that the neighbor is "Super 8 by Wyndham". Boy has that brand changed, that name used to only be associated with high end hotels that were barely affordable to the average person.

Yes the house with the porch has been gone since at least 2008. They had one bedrooms renting for $295 to $395 from 1998 to 2002. All of these are also gone, I added a new layer to the Apartment Map..

This has a nice look that will mirror the Okeefe Elevator building next door. I am not understanding the stairways though on both corners as it effectively blocks ADA access going west on Jones street. On the plus side it will be fun to watch the scooters go down the stairs to get to the old market....

In reviewing the posts here it looks like 14 of these townhomes out of the 92 planned are to open in 2019. Known as Gallery 23 Brownstones. The original development called for 220 total units. Yes the road ditches in in Omaha are filled with ice and snow in the winter. You will need a truck to drive across them.

These scattered sites and phased developments are tough to track! This project keeps changing addresses as the lots are resized.
