I think this is great news for Omaha. I am just disappointed because I am going to be out of town this weekend. With all these things to see and do there should be no complaints. What a great weekend it will be for Omaha. I will be watching the Creighton game no doubt on ESPN though.

I plan to go to the game tonight, I hope that there is the same or better atmostphere as there was on sat. (a game in which i was unable to attend) Creighton can keep their home win streak going and attract another big crowd.

I also wanted to make, but couldn't. I had to work. I already bought my ticket for this Tuesday's contest vs. Northern Iowa. It too should be a great game. It is televised on ESPNU.

I also hope that the bridge design includes illuminating it. That can truly add to the perception of a structure. Look at the First National Center, without the lighting at night it would definitely not have as much of an impact on the Omaha night skyline. I am excited to see some more news on this ...

This is really great. I was hoping to see Rosenblatt on MVP Baseball 2005 as one of the AAA ballparks, but now it will be here. I hope that in NCAA basketball they put the Qwest Center in for Creighton instead of what they had last year.

I think UNO really needs dorms to accomodate a large number of residents, similar to Creighton and Iowa/ISU offer. It definitely would increase the enrollment figures and hopefully bring even more opportunities to the campus and university.

Great idea. I think Omaha would be a perfect and the only site where this should be. I like your idea so much. Great way to think of something we have that other area don't and make it better by drawing a tourism base and at the same time providing some knowledge. I think this can be done as well.

I don't know what to think. I would love to see this happen but yeah truthfully he had many chances in CB and got nothing done. I think it is much needed since Adventureland (Des Moines) and Worlds of Fun (Kansas City) are both at least 2-3 hrs. away.
