It’s often a bit of a daunting task to remember the “good old days” accurately. But my memory is that the original Valentino’s prior to the franchising and maybe for first year or two of the first few locations had a much better pie. But then it all went rapidly downhill. With everything going on within just the city core area alone, I believe it will- and then some. Fingers crossed 🤞… Ciao..LiO…Peace in my case, SWAG is never a misnomer. So al...

Don't ask me why, but my question for the forum is where was the first Omaha location for Runza? I don't have the answer. Just looking for one. I don’t know if this was the first, but way back in the early 70’s (1971- I was 9 years old) there was a Runza location at the Bel Air Plaza- 120th and Cen...

To my untrained eye, if the floor plates of the St. Joe Hospital can be repurposed residential, then a willing party should be able to make MOO floor plates work. St Joe's had the advantage of having inner air wells that Mutual does not. A little detail my untrained eye would never know. haha

any thoughts on why DSM seems to have rebounded thus far much closer to their pre-pandemic levels compared to Eppley. Back in the 80s when I worked for Bob Edwards they said at orientation that 24th was the first. Whoever did that prep was wrong I guess.
