Re: OKC 2nd Tallest Skyscraper in the USA

This could have been, like, 9 mid-rises instead and then OKC could have, you know, a skyline. Yeah, I keep thinking this same thing. And, actually they would probably still be more like high rises than mid-rises. Also, it would have been nice if they could have just bought the land where the curren...

I like the design of the soccer stadium, it looks pretty sweet, and that view is great. Reminds me of the Steelhouse. I'm also very curious about the hotel that is supposed to be built up against the stadium. It makes me think of Rogers Centre in Toronto with the Marriott built into the stadium. I d...

So, what's the best EV I can buy tomorrow? If money isn't the problem, I'd buy a Rivian. In my pay scale, I'd go for a Hyundai 5 or 6. I feel like the Ford Mach-E and Lightning could also be solid options in between those two ranges. If money were no object for me, I'd go Lucid Air or one of the Au...

Omaha (with Lincoln) is not nearly big enough to draw an Ikea retail store. Best we would see is a planning studio/order point like similarly sized Albuquerque and larger Nashville has. Consider neither OKC/Tulsa have an Ikea either.. and a massive metro like Phoenix has only a single store. The DC...

I still think there is already plenty of greenspace in this area with the Gene Leahy Mall and the like that we don't need more. These lots would be more fruitful to be redeveloped as buildings.

At most, limit the garden to one corner of the block.

I'm not sure I understand the point in carving out an international arrivals area when even KCI only has Cabo/Cancun direct flights.
