Re: Aksarben Village
Interesting new listing. The scale of this building is almost as tall as HDR. Also looks like a concept, but a residential tower on that back corner would be impressive too. https://www.crexi.com/lease/properties/626031/nebraska-6470-frances-street-av6-lot-2 https://images.crexi.com/lease-assets/626...

Lisa's Radial should be on this list Yeah I think Lisa's and Harold's both should be on there. Added Both. For some reason I thought Lisa's closed after the owner passed away. Actually heard the Lisa’s people are opening another place in Papillion under a different name but I don’t recall what it w...

I'd imagine the "boring" retail on Dodge gets the highest retail rent/SF in this development. Gotta pay the bills.

This was sold to Clarity Development (group behind much of Blackstone). They have experience with tax credits which is the only way I see anything happening here. Looks like something might actually happen with this building.

Not sure that report got things very accurate. As I understood, the city will be reworking the streets/intersections here and will need some land to make it work, but this made it seem like UNMC is going to come through and wholly purchase these buildings. Losing some land obviously impacts them, bu...

Anecdotal, but I don’t think I have even seen as many people at the old GLM than I saw there yesterday. It was absolutely packed. The park is a huge improvement and it’s only like 1/3 open. It’s been said plenty, but such a great addition to the city.

Comment of mine from the 2015 Maha thread lol. It will fill up around 6-630 for Atmosphere and will be crazy packed by the time Modest Mouse comes out. Maybe it is wishful thinking, but I do think this will be the strongest day crowd to date. Ex Hex and Alvvays are really really good bands to be pla...

Alvvays played Maha in 2015 (I haven't been to them all, but still claim that year was Maha's peak) they were really good. Going to be an odd lead into Turnstile. Big Thief used to be a Saddle Creek band. Black Belt Eagle Scout is currently and Icky Blossoms used to be (may still be), I don't think ...
