I absolutely love the look of the two condo towers sketch overlooking Heartland of America Park. I think having two towers in that location single loaded facing south with rear parking below or above ground would really block off 480 and really extend downtown to the river. The two towers could h...

I had to vote ugly. Â Tear down ugly... no, not unless someone someday proposes a nice tower to take their place. Â They are big boxes... well Triangular boxes. Â In some cases I compare these buildings to a big brick wall. So to say again, I do think they are ugly, but not as ugly as the Northern N...

I remember when Oakview first opened it was a jewel. Â For a while it was full of stores - no openings. Â Now, its no longer full, the ceiling paint is cracking and falling off. Â The roof leaks and needs trashcans to collect the water. Â The food court is no longer full with several bays open. Â Se...

I'm not saying the area doesn't need to be updated, because it does, but whether or not the area is updated traffic will still be horrible in that area. Â The whole design of the Oakview area was poorly planned. Â I remember when the mall opened, just shortly after there was an article (I cannot rem...

But they are such ugly buildings! I would have to agree! Â I hate that every picture taken is of the mall centering on Central Park Plaza. Â So Brad its 2 to 1. On another note. Â I don't see a hotel being good inside either of those buildings. Â I consider the appeal of those towers to be commerci...

I agree the flagship should stay downtown, but lets make a statement with it if we do it. So many cities have stand out flagship libraries that help define part of the city. Also I really hope they have a plan for the lot before they would tear it down b/c the last thing the city needs is another...

Yes there is one on 370 going West-bound. Â However... I do not guarantee that it is correct. Â Usually it comes off wrong at about 5mph under what you drive. Â However, it sometimes says 5mph over, or 10 over, or 10 under, all depending on the day. Maybe if you know a police officer he could test i...

Olive Garden
We need an Olive Garden down here in the Papillion-La Vista Bellevue area. Â I drove around town yesterday, wanting Olive Garden. Â Went to the one on 76th and Dodge... it was packed. Â Then drove all the way out west to the one at 168th and W. Center. Â Packed again. Â Finally gave up and went to R...

Your hours and resources would be used on Saturdays, if people know that you have an open classroom and what that classroom is about.
