I absolutely  love the look of the two condo towers sketch overlooking Heartland of America Park. I think having two towers in that location single loaded facing south with rear parking below or above ground would really block off 480 and really extend downtown to the river.  The two towers could h...

And if development does develop along that stretch, I am sure there would be even more traffic than a four-lane road can handle.  Plus, we'll be stopping ever second.  With the new ballpark, I've had to stop at each of the lights when no one is around.

So people got upset because of the "take away" problem. Well, |expletive| 'em. That's the point. Take the bus or carpool if you don't like the congestion in the general purpose lanes. That's how it's supposed to work. Nice.  You do realize that there are a great number of people that have...

If UP does that, it will later cut off access if 10th street were to possibly go north of Cuming.  I'm saying the possibility would be diminished.  Sorry, its late and I'm getting tired. =)

I would have to agree with Mr. Polo.  HDR looked downtown, out west, and long Dodge at 144th.  But once all situations were looked at, they stayed at their current location as it was best suited for their employees and the business.

I had to vote ugly.  Tear down ugly... no, not unless someone someday proposes a nice tower to take their place.  They are big boxes... well Triangular boxes.  In some cases I compare these buildings to a big brick wall. So to say again, I do think they are ugly, but not as ugly as the Northern N...

I remember when Oakview first opened it was a jewel.  For a while it was full of stores - no openings.  Now, its no longer full, the ceiling paint is cracking and falling off.  The roof leaks and needs trashcans to collect the water.  The food court is no longer full with several bays open.  Se...

If it ends up even close to Gateway that would be fantastic.  Gateway includes a 12 story condo tower and 8 story office tower.  While those don't seem like part of the initial plan there is room to have some height eventually. We should not use "eventually" because it will never happen i...
