It looks like those two buildings north of St. Mary's along 31st St. will be demolished to make way for Ekard Court, a four story 36 unit apartment building (28 one bedroom, 8 two bedrooms), asking for $500k in TIF, for this $4m project. #5 National seed FSU is 2&Q for the first time since 1984. Jameis Winston is not bringing his lobster legs to Omaha. Sorry ACC.
FSU scores 5 in the bottom of the 9th, for their first scores of the regional but still come up one short.

Ultimately it is a City of Omaha Park, but I would guess that there was a local garden club or Master Gardener who is in charge of the gardens. I don't know for sure though.

I agree 100% I bet if you had a Entertainment district circulator where it jumped from OM-MTC-AV etc that transit would be used more than any other bus route in town. Would allow people to drink and not have to drive to the next one and eventually get back to where there car is. I think if AV start...
