Sadly, this is the time of year where leases are up and 1200 Images Art & Frame is closing at the end of March. Lease is up and the owners are retiring.

Thank you so much! It actually was a stress reliever to be able to tweet about our own fire and listen to it on the scanner. Relatively speaking it was a minor fire and were displaced. But hey, we get a new bathroom out of it!!! 6 Fire trucks, Medic and 2 Battalion Chiefs plus an OPD officer. Amazed...

Not just rumor, Panera Bread is closing by the end of January and moving into a free standing store near 120th & Dodge on the north side. That's a huge loss for the mall, although not as big as Younkers.

Dicks is more so sporting goods, REI is more outdoor gear. Two very different markets. Besides, malls of the past did just fine having 4+ department stores.
