I think I read somewhere that many of the shows on TruTV, like most reality shows, are scripted.

If not, there are a lot of people who are willing sign away permission for TruTV to show them fighting embarrassingly for the car they've just had repossessed.

A lot of new car dealerships have opened in the west, but only a few of their former locations were immediately used for something less appealing. There was no ghetto-making with most of these moves. the need for a beltway isn't "inevitable" if we focus further development in the city.  By the time the city is reasonably filled up and we need to go farther out, trains will hopefully be more of a norm of transit than they are now and we'll be looking to build rail service.
