I would like to see the food court come back to life. Right now, it's only half open. Bring back Burger King, Arby's, Subway, DQ/Orange Julius along with a few other places like either Taco Bell or Amigo's. Not happening. They all went broke when the mall actually had more traffic than they do now....

It’s backed by TIF unless there are cost overages AND the development fully happens as finger-crossed. In which case, there are lease purchasing bonds that would have to come out of the city’s general fund.

These are legitimate financial questions.
