But you can't do that unless you have the room on the inside of the building ya know? Yep, we can always h...

Looks like the core jumped up again. Going to be about as tall as the library was within a few weeks I imagine. you know, i drove by yesterday on my way home and thought it looked taller :) I didn't get a picture of it, but the tower crane for mutual was hanging over Douglas, and so was the crane a...

I think it looks fantastic! It exceeds what i thought they were actually going to do. My only gripe? ...it's not already done yet. Looks like a much more modern and comprehensive airport. More/better food options, more room, better flow. But not so big that it compromises one of the things I love mo...

I dunno, it seems ok? Maybe a little eccentric with the wall coverings and floor but looks nice overall. Then again, I don't think my wife would share in my desire to live downtown, so I'm in no position to seriously critique anything :) I'd say it's OK. But for the work I'd expect out of it, maybe...

To my memory, jLofts on 13th and Jackson remains the last new for-sale condos completed in downtown Omaha. Was that 2007? how do street cars far when it is icy/snowy? honest question, since i'm a proponent of the street car. we went to NFM over the weekend and took dodge down to 72nd. There were 2 semis in the east bound lane that got stuck at around 39th. I assume a street car is going to be heavier and won't stop lik...

i seriously doubt it, but Gronk still looks in playing shape, so maybe if it was a package deal? :) Belichick to Dallas would sound good on paper, but he's old. Maybe they will wait until after the playoffs when they could offer it to a younger coordinator and try to breathe some fire into the team ...

I think Rusty is best, close-close 2nd is Bill. They are both great on tv and don't seem to be as excitable as, say, Jim Cantorre. But Jim Flowers seems to be almost dead-on with weather, and does a great job explaining the science behind it too.

this is such an important bridge, seriously. There's a parking garage at the park on the CB side that is way underutilized right now, and it'd be super easy to park there and walk across the bridges to get to the CWS from the CB side without dealing with the same amount of traffic. I'm sure they wil...
