There is a huge difference between the Civic and the PBA when it comes to hockey. I'm not sure how the comparison can even be made, but sure? I guess we will see down the road how it is.

I am currently working on a project at 108th and 370.  There will NOT be a straight shot from 370 to Cornhusker.   Not sure the exact reasoning, but 108th would need to three bridges to cross three different creeks where 114th needs zero. Is Maryland loaded with seniors? Or can they expect sustained success? That really isn't applicable to baseball. Few good players make it to their senior year, heck good players don't even make it to college these days... If the University is willing to invest in the program might be a better quest...

We have gone numerous times and I don't ever feel like it is anywhere near a ghost town.   I don't feel it is an accurate picture comparing to Jordan Creek. One is a mall and another is an outlet center  I feel this will remain successful I think the comparison COULD fit, if they diversify the area...
