One small, but nice addition to the north terminal that I noticed last week when flying back - Many people bemoan the lack of food options at Eppley within security, but they just added a fridge stocked with Eat Fit Go meals. While not a full dining option, at least its something...

Patricks Market is closing at the end of this year. The space is already being advertised for a lease. This second location surprises me. I live right by the meat market in Omaha, and when I'm in there, there are never more than 2-3 other shoppers, no matter what time of day it is. Hard to see how they're paying the bills with such low volume...

Purely speculation, but I wonder if one of the local craft breweries (NBC, Lucky Bucket, etc) will take over this lease, and use the place as a tap room/supplemental brewery. Lots of space, but convenient if you don't have to purchase brewing equipment.

A surveyor was on the empty lot owned by Slosburg on the NW corner of the intersection earlier today. I wonder if something is in the works? Not real high hopes, given that their space across the street is barely half full, but hopeful we'll see something sooner rather than later.

The signs are up on the building for both Casual Pint and Also Timber. Timber still has construction lights up, but it looked like tables and chairs are in, curtains are up, and art on the walls. Timber's FB page says "Finishing touches this week", so I'd assume they're opening next weeke...

Wouldn't it be the other way around? CHI is a much larger organisation than Dignity Health CHI has been bleeding money slowly.
