I looked, those are not the decorative caps, they are the counterweights that help stabilize the pier from the wind during construction.

Todd and Tyler start saying good by to the College World Series because of the stupid non progressive people in the city of Omaha.  They thank the Mayor for all his hard work in trying to keep the event.  Its funny.

Shady lane.  Its between Council bluffs and Crescent.  You get a 30 to 40 min ride through the hills, then they drop you off at your personal campfire.  There is everything from church groups, to family parties, to college parties, to Drunken bar groups.  Great Time. You bring any food/beverages...
