This was sold to Clarity Development (group behind much of Blackstone). They have experience with tax credits which is the only way I see anything happening here. Looks like something might actually happen with this building.

Anecdotal, but I don’t think I have even seen as many people at the old GLM than I saw there yesterday. It was absolutely packed. The park is a huge improvement and it’s only like 1/3 open. It’s been said plenty, but such a great addition to the city.

Alvvays played Maha in 2015 (I haven't been to them all, but still claim that year was Maha's peak) they were really good. Going to be an odd lead into Turnstile.
