Sounds like a good idea there have been projects around the country that have repurposed malls instead of building from scratch. Maybe this is a job for NuStyle..

I wish they could pay local homeowners a good chunk of change, and just PLOW that 84th Street through, from Dodge to Center. Ugh, Omaha has a pretty great grid, but there are some "kinks" in town within the grid, and that is one of them, imo. Doesn't help that 90th is only 6 blocks away. ...

Unless they build it north of Nicholas street it's not exactly close to many residents and for an area right next to a freeway and a mall it would be hard to lodge much complain about it.

A new access road sounds like a greate idea especially if it eventually goes from highway 275 to N 40th Street. Although Dodge Park stands in the way perhaps they could transition the rout into 37th street at the Harrah's exit. Reconstruction of the freeway through that area is about to start I wond...

That blows for the the theater and what could they possibly do with that portion of the building? It's not like Omaha could support an urban mall there.. It's cool they're colluding with the black stone district I wonder though if they should be in the Missouri River Commens instead.
