Nebraska is 38-57 since Pete Ricketts became governor. They were 81-12-1 with 3 NCs under Ben Nelson.

Not a coincedence.

On the bright side, next week's opponent Northern Illinois just lost to 1-AA Southern Illinois.

So they'll prob be favored by 13.5 and still find a way to lose at home.
