the tracks there are very active, we hear a train go by 2-3 times a night and we live about 1/8th mile away from the tracks. I noticed today on the real estate sales site, that the site plan lists a First Nebraska Bank next to the pond, and across the street, right on the corner of 204th and George B Lake Parkway is a HyVee Fast & Fresh

They have started construction on the movie theater structure today. They are putting up the concrete wall sections now as well as have the steel trusses on the ground as well to put in.

I ate at the one in Kearney, where the prices were on the higher side. The food was phenomenal, the shakes are outstanding. I had their french onion burger, almost changed my life haha. My wife and I are beyond excited for it to open

I have no basis to say that this is legitimate, but I saw a person on the "Nextdoor" app in my area mentioned that they heard a rumor the HyVee is scheduled to break ground in September 2018. Oh how I hope this is true!
