Re: If You Need Help - Get Help

I noticed those "there is hope" signs popping up all over. The pedestrian bridge, the whale carcass, and a random bridge over I-480... look, I get it's well intended, but I'm not sure how I feel about them. I went for a walk with my niece downtown recently and I really don't think it's a g...

For any gardeners out there... it looks like there's potential we see our last freeze in the next few days, which if that ends up being the case, would be about two weeks earlier than normal. I think Truex had every right to be pizzed. He had that race won, but Bubba had to go and cause a caution AGAIN.

Like Clint was saying, Hamlin did get rolling a little early, but it wasn't egregious. Hamlin won the race on pit road. If anybody caused Truex to not win, it was Bubba.

Yeah, census had them at just under 63k in 2020. For sure, 50k would truly be insane. I forgot that was their project, but it's on their transit analysis from 2020 ( https://www.councilbluffs-ia.gov/DocumentCenter/View/8302 ). They projected at least 30k units. It costs $250-300k per unit in a mult...

It could just be a matter of optics, but in the pictures, it looks a lot more curvy than the rendering, which if it's the case, is a good thing.

She said it brings in a lot of money for city services, almost $50 million, and doesn't hurt restaurants (in her opinion). It's here to stay as long as she is the top administrator. I wouldn't think it could hurt. On a $60 tab, that's only a buck fifty. Restaurants have raised prices so much in the...
