The only arena that I think is a waste is the Ralston Arena. It should have never been built.

I like the Urban Parkway design as long as the residential units have some height to them (at least 15 stories) and it is not as boring as everything else they have built in Omaha, which is my main reasoning for wanting to support the Tetrad/NuStyle development with all of the success they have had.

My cousin works for HDR and has said that they need more space and have out grown their two main buildings. Currently they are renting space somewhere near Westroads Mall

If true...they are moving super fast. In my opinion, too quickly.

They were both level 1 trauma centers at the state level but not at the national level verified by the ACS. That's Level 1 certification they are going for as they are currently level 2.

Did I say it was her fault? No. I just said that that her support will fall because of this. It a simply fact that if someone try's to raise fees sewer fees 45% there is going to be ramifications. She should take that tax idea that someone suggested above.

Maybe not all parts under construction but I definetly saw something that said more than one busing under construction at the same time.

So what happened to having all parts of it under construction at the same time at some point? That article said construction was going to start on all other parts after the hotel is finished. Also, I noticed they scrapped the underground parking in favor of a 6 story parking garage near 480.

Looks like they are just starting construction on the Dunkin Donuts. Equipment was tearing up the part of the parking lot next to Wendy's about the size of a normal Dunkin Donuts.

Ole Miss-Virginia game postponed till 2pm tomorrow which is suppose to be the start time of Texas-Vanderbilt game. So I'm not really sure what they are doing.
