I three story mall where Bass Pro ended up would have done wonders.
They probably could still pull off something at South 24th and highway 275. The Westroads and it's sea of parking is 1.15 square miles and the lot where the drive used to be is 1.83.

New Haven, CT has one of my favorite alleyways: google map streetview
When you look down the alley, it's looks like this (some of the paint is on the parking garage in the distance): https://image.shutterstock.com/image-ph ... 297960.jpg

In reviewing the posts here it looks like 14 of these townhomes out of the 92 planned are to open in 2019. Known as Gallery 23 Brownstones. The original development called for 220 total units. I am not finding any new data for the remaining units. https://bloximages.chicago2.vip.townnews.com/fremon...

I tried it for a while. The only way I could enjoy it was to add the money cheat. Moving from Sim City 4 to Skylines is a letdown. But if you are comparing it to Sim City (#5) then it's at least 100x better than that.

Beware the parking podium. They seldom greet pedestrians at street level. Instead it turns into a canyon of parking entrances and concrete flower pots. If there are to be parking podiums, then a stipulation about street-level amenities must be included. https://www.latimes.com/opinion/livable-city/...

What are your opinions on the cities in this metro supporting more accessory dwelling units (like spare houses in the backyard, tiny houses, grandma flats, apartments over garages) in addition to scaling down some of the apartment blocks that are being built all over Midtown? With an increase in hou...

Omaha is becoming another Blah on the map. Any of hundreds between nowhere and somewhere you'd rather be. If sprawl is the game, then offer something worthwhile. Denver at least has mountains. Dallas has better weather. If Omaha wants to succeed, we need to up the game. We need to distinguish oursel...

Unless you are paying with cash you loose that battle with or without a loyalty card. The CC or Debit card(s) that you use can your your customer info together. Okay. Just trying to avoid a situation where people have to transfer. It really drains you. Best addition: Maple & Center. It's odd how there isn't a route up/down Saddle Creek. When it comes to transport for the poorer, it's a damn shame the routes don't include where people actually go. Currently the only north/south route through the thick of town is bus #3. Maybe connect the West C...
