Let's Pawn Stars this bad boy and meet in the middle - a nice 24-story building on the old UP site.skinzfan23 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 4:33 pm That photoshop looks amazing Brad!

If you listen to the interview with the commissioner it's sounds like SLC is a shoe-in for the next expansion. He particularly mentions the would be owners having an assist of the governor. Regardless of how unlikely of Omaha getting a franchise here I can't help but think of the potential 3.2 bill...

As amazing as this would be, I don’t see how Kansas City wouldn’t beat us. Twice the population, better TV market…. I mean, even KC would be a win for us - 2.5 hours for a NHL game? Heck yeah.

Has anyone been to this Ballpark Village in St Louis? Seems like an interesting idea as a mixed-use entertainment district that is sports themed. This could be a great way to develop Lot D and pull the two stadiums together. https://www.stlballparkvillage.com/ I have. The problem here is in St. Lou...

The amount of negativity of the Grow Omaha FB page makes Reddit look like a glee club. It's seems the majority of comments shat on about every project announcement or update. The “it’s only 2 more gates!” thing kills me. Wow, that's a cool photo. Can you tell what vantage point it's taken from? I pulled this from another thread because the topic invariably gets us off topic and I couldn't find another dedicated thread. Especially since it was a one intersection block. Go 500 feet to the left or right and you’re back to where you were planning to go. Not quite the Berlin Wall.Renovator2559 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 20, 2023 1:28 pm Also, generally for traffic is the determiner of how viable an area is, so I don't think a blocked street was a major factor.

There’s a few, but personally, it’s just ugly as |expletive|. I like it just fine. The ugliest building in downtown Omaha in my opinion is the Woodman.
