The Omaha entity is one partnership. SPW is South Port West. G&S and CBRE Mega are all involved in that development so it makes sense.

I was told this will become office for an architecture firm. They will reuse/redesign the existing structure. Apparently the hotel deal that would have involved a demo/rebuild of the whole block fell through.

Why would you go downtown as a large office user when you can please half your employees by being out west and the other half with all the amenities. There is a rumor circulating that another technology company is in talks on the Ashton Building. They are in the market currently and expanding. Did not disclose a name.
