Former Cenex / Casey's (99th and Q)

That gas station is being torn down. There weren't any signs on the property when I drove by so I couldn't tell if Casey's is rebuilding or if that place is gone for good.

Not even comparable. This monetary system is not replacing debt, its gotten so out of hand that it feeds itself massive amounts of additional debt thus requiring an ever growing base of investors. The only thing "servicing" the debt are new loans to pay the old loans - hence, ponzi scheme.
What I meant was making interest payments. Many companies will retire old debt and issue new debt to replace it.
