Between that track and the ones around it, the entire DT-MT areas are booming..

What surprised me the most are by how much. That and the growth throughout the entire city. Only a few tracks lost people, the urban infill in the city has been paying off in a big way

I noticed another emergent pattern along with the overall lowball trend. That is the low end of estimates seem to always fall at the beginning and especially at the end of the decade.
