This seems pretty easy. It's just east of 16th street. There's open land there, but the highway would need to be elevated due to some trains.

Also I would never drive on this road.

I think those Farm building's will be on the south farm if I'm not mistaken. It would be nice to have some of that history incorporated into the new development. Ak Village has multiple restaurants and options for entertainment and even a nice movie theater (locally owned).. Plus, most options are far less expensive than the "tousisty" Old Market.. New places are popping up seemingly every month in The Village. There is even a nice open public spa...

More people need to use 10th street. Seems like everyone takes I80 to 13th street and then up 13th to the zoo.
