Great Pics UNO Student!

There was just a story on Action3news.  Film Streams want it on the Qwest Lot for more development to occur on the empty lots.  The homeless shelter is worried the city would want them to move.

A dome... doubt it?  However I could see the NCAA pushing for a retractable roof so ensure no rain delays.

I was just saying that with all the current proposals its an outdoor stadium which can't look in to the sun.

From this picture it looks like the stadium could be far enough away from the Qwest Center that there would be a good view of DT. Almost like what the Abbot Drive view is like. If you angled home plate facing due south that would have killer views. Can't, the sun.  Stadiums face south east, east, ...

That and I am sure there are people in Lincoln that like Earth Wind and Fire or whoever played this weekend.  Can you imagine heading up to Omaha on the train, Drinking on the Market, catching a show, then heading back down there without worrying about driving!

The land is for sale.  That should end any rumor as to what is going in there. Two things.  One if it was just for sale they would not have demolished the entire building just removed that tanks.  you see old gas station shells all over town with a messed up parking lot where the tanks use to be....

I don't think Swift ever proposed the husker express, he is just saying that is one of the ways you could market the train to help increase ridership. Whats the cost per mile?  I am guessing we are going to need about 70 Miles?
