They have to remove a large amount of Asbetos... That's going to take up a large portion of the schedule. Looking good. I think the latest rendering is pretty good. It's clearly modern, but fits the setting of the older brick buildings around it. On top of that, the location and street presence is fantastic. It's going to be exciting to see this area fill in over the next decade.
