Who is the developer here? It looks like the same awful company that tore down the neighborhood on Leavenworth for an apartment complex. The developer is Harvest Development. To me, it just seems wasteful and redundant to have separate parking for the Holland and surrounding daytime office buildings. They're are plenty of opportunities to share the space between users. The OPPD garage and Orpheum are a perfect example.
