Re: Lincoln Airport (LNK)
They do it all the time. $29, $39, $49, etc. fares. In many cases it's more than the BOGO equation. Airlines sometimes will do that, it i also is a sign that things probably aren't going great otherwise you'd be selling tickets at your normal fares. The other part of it in this case is that Redway ...

Nice spin Eh? Or it could be a tie in to Amazon Prime Days like a lot of other retailers do. Sure it obviously is, but I don't see any other airlines offering buy one get one free tickets either. Doesn't include taxes Which is irrelevant, because that is literally going to a government taxing entit...

Re: Omaha Eppley Airfield
That was my guess for the lack of divided driveways. It’s a format used at some medium-sized California airports like Oakland, San Jose, Long Beach, and Ontario. Terminal 2 at Minneapolis, and Dallas-Love do this too. A straight split on arrivals and departures on the same road make some sense part...

Re: Omaha Eppley Airfield
I think the times hurt, a midnight arrival was terrible in Omaha, should have been 10pm arrive to Omaha. That is likely a non-starter. As it is currently blocked right now, that would require leaving at about 5 p.m, not only tying up a plane on this route for 14 and a half hours, but also likely cu...

As to the separation of departures and arrivals on multiple levels, it’s just plain dumb not to do it. This was kind of point in the last post I get it that this is a message board but we've known for 10 years that they're not going to do it. Keep discussing away, but it isn't going to happen. Run ...

1-Look at the DSM renderings compared to this. I can't believe all that old ugly brick isn't going away, floors be raised etc etc. The turd is being polished and expanded. KC & DM got/get new terminals. OMA gets a single security checkpoint, upstairs ticket/check in counters, a single file gate...

I don’t think the renderings as presented are indicative of what the airport redesign as a whole will be, rather just part of the initial phases of the rebuild. I’d be surprised if the brick and all is there to stay. I'm not convinced the renderings are anything more than what the canopy is intende...

That doesn't give me high confidence that they have any inside information on the last sentence. And like Novak said they're already flying to some of those places. ...

Oh, and read the whole story in the LJS. June bookings are good, July better, August better than July. Re: Lincoln to land new airline partner
Their inaugural flight from Lincoln just left about 40 minutes late. Another LJS today that is a lot more realistic. There's plenty of optimism, but also a fair share of uncertainty. "It could be wildly successful," said David Haring, the airport's executive director. "It could also b...

TSA will be centralized on the 2nd level. I hope they don't make that too much of a pinch point, because it looks like maybe 5-6 lanes of TSA and then 1 exit lane for passengers leaving the terminal based on the current renderings? I just can't understand why the airport can't at least get a shuttle bus or something. You can also argue that the airport would lose a lot of parking revenue. I've asked Nuke before & didn't get an answer. OMA went from 3.6M to 5+M. Pent up demand? PDEW unmet? Hard to say. I think some of it was probably pent up demand. Remember that for a 7 year period from 2007-2013 the airport actually contracted passenger wise at an average annual rate of -1.3%. ...
