Not that he was getting a ton of minutes, but it will be interesting which route the Jays take. They could rely on freshman Davion Mintz a lot, have Tyler Clement get the minutes, or have a transfer step in. By the way, sounds like Doyle would have to sit out a year if he transfers in.

That is a great idea to have volunteers help. They should do something similar to the roadside cleanup. If they had companies sponsor a section of a median and then have employees occasionally maintain it, it could benefit all.

Re: We need a 'beautification' project in this cities streets...
I recognize this as well when traveling to other cities. Of course, every city has areas that are just as bad, but I have made a comment similar to this several times about Hwy 75 and 480 in Omaha. There is always debris sitting in the shoulders for over a week. Sometimes shoes, sometimes a couch an...

I wonder if Coyote's rumor about BP tearing this building down is true. It appears that A Couple of Things has closed. There is paper over the doors and windows but their signs are still up.

Sad to see...my wife and I have eaten there on Valentine's Day each year for the past 5 years. We even had someone pay for our whole dinner 2 years ago when we went with our infant daughter. Goodwill’s Reserve 99 store in Old Market is closing

Its last day in business will be May 19, Goodwill Omaha spokeswoman Kris Pachunka said.

It does get fairly busy during the morning and evening rush, especially when there is a slow bus or a truck stopped to unload. Creating a more pedestrian friendly street would be nice though. I still wish that they would redo 13th near the zoo with a tree lined median.

Yeah, I am continually amazed at the support the Omaha community gives events like this. I know we have heard it time and again, but that is why they keep coming. The amateur events loved to have crowd support and in very large cities that just doesn't happen. Examples of this in Omaha include (CWS,...

No, I was saying the HyVee's produce is better but much more expensive. For bananas, however, I might as well get them at Aldi's. HyVees bananas are always so green and I like them so I can eat them in the next day or so.
