79 MPH is much too slow. That's approximately how fast many people drive on the interstates. The only advantage would be that you can sleep on the way to your destination. I'm personally torn on the issue. It's nice and tall and adds some substance to the skyline....but its pretty ugly, and I'm a little unsure about being able to put some retail in there. Â Maybe if there was already a lot of retail around it.

Why wouldn't they open a store next to two other sandwich shops? Instead of finding a location that is underserved by sandwich shops, it makes more fisical sense to be a dick and muscle away some business from preexisting sandwich shops. It's the American way.
