Tall building at UNMC cause challenges, expecially during construction. With a very active trauma program and lifeflight helicopter utilization, any activity at/above the current helipad elevation causes safety issues for helipad use.

Casual Pint in Countryside Village - 87th and Pacific. Small Patio/garage door regularly, but Fri/Sat nights they have the parking lot blocked off for a large outdoor space with band / cornhole / outdoor seating.
