Its crazy how well the Big East has done in the postseason in recent years. They have won 4 of the last 8 years that it has been played.

New here. Any thoughts when they might expand/increase height of the crane? Always loved tower cranes rising equal and above taller buildings in a skyline. I would imagine that prob won’t be until summer at the earliest. They still have quite a we more floors to go before they would need to do that...

Wow, another mid-rise residential conversion. That would be great, but as for the chances of a high or mid-rise new residential tower getting built that sucks.

Yeah thats what I am hoping for, And they also look cleaner/more organized than Kum and Go. The Kum and Go in Bellevue on Fairview, has has a broken piece on the canopy for at least a year and last time I went inside it was cluttered and dirty.

They have gotten really lazy with the landscaping on the HDR block in AV. Rather than having grass on the parking bump outs near entrances, they just put white gravel down. Looks pretty cheap and tacky.

We stopped by on our way home from Colorado last summer. The guide stated that the trail just opened a few days prior, so that was nice that we were able to use it.

Actually, Sandra, in the video, is who we talked to. She was a nice lady and very well spoken.

I really need to get to a game. I used to make it to 1-2 each year, but I don't think we have gone since Covid. I really enjoy going, but my wife not as much, especially when its 1,000 degrees outside.

It’s only $5 but since when did they start charging to park in the gravel lot at Werner park? The other lots had a fee but that was the benefit to park on gravel was it being free. If they are going to charge the same amt, they should probably pave it.

Josiah Dotzler has entered the transfer portal. I knew it was possible, but I didn’t think he would. It’s just weird to lose a local guy.

Although just because they entered, the portal doesn’t 100% mean they are leaving, but usually that is the case

All that you mentioned would be a dream scenario. Unfortunately, Baylor can't come back, but having those other 3 would be great. I do expect a little more from Ashworth next year since he now knows the system and pace better. Trey is still the least likely to come back, but you never know.
