Heard the landlord wanted to more than double their rent. With the location being by the lahey mall reno I smell a redevelopment project here.

Re: Crossroads - Redevelopment Plan
Lockwood development is rumored to be partnering with Krecji. Mostly office and residential, but a good amount of retail, mainly on ground floors. Plans announced this spring. City of Omaha is supposedly onboard with incentives. Maybe this will finally go?

Bud Crawford. He's got a multi year deal with ESPN. Would be a giant cross promotional miss if they didn't.

Re: Sterling Ridge (Ironwood Country Club)
Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely more of a density, urban, infill guy. I just like the cohesiveness of the office, retail, signage, landscaping, etc. Take Bank of the West business park as an example of the complete opposite of this from a design standpoint. It's a big hodgepodge.

Re: Sterling Ridge (Ironwood Country Club)
It might be just me, but I really appreciate the level of detail Lockwood dev put into this project. The buildings all compliment each other well. The landscaping, fountains, etc., give it a great feel. We need more of this in Omaha real estate.

Interesting. I'd say we came out on the winning side of this one. Omaha Building is one of my favorites.

200 employees scattered across a 300 acre data center. Not very efficient land use IMO https://i.imgur.com/dyeuYpC.jpg Why would I not be serious. Very fair. I love stokes as well. Was more implying that was the rumor I had heard.nativeomahan wrote: ↑Sun Sep 08, 2019 9:41 pmI love Stokes. The food is unique to Omaha, and the margaritas are the best in town, in my opinion.
But it isn’t a Mexican restaurant.

Rumor has it that Dudley's will soon be replace by a NBC taproom. That would surprise me because there is a rumor going around they are being evicted from their taproom at Shadow Lake. Maybe it's that they're closing Shadow Lake to open Aksarben? Interesting choice of words. Why would they be "...
