It looks like this project is finished and at last count was completed as a 28 unit rehab. One bedroom apartments currently advertised are $745 to $800 and are running at 600 to 800 sf.

Relying on the "Google scale" I would guess it is just over 200 wide by about 1800 ft long + or - . The assessors website says it is 8.5 acres and 374,042 sf.

There are options available but you need to provide some indication of your budget. There are some places for example the Morman Hotel on 8419 N 30th that is currently advertising at $450 per month, $225 per week, $56 per night. There is a house that will be for rent on 51st and Mayberry. It is a good area but normally single car garages so lacking some parking ability. if you go to that topic you can contact the owner.
