If somehow this ends up happening and the headquarters is moved to Omaha, that would make for 6 Fortune 500 companies in the city.  That would be pretty impressive considering Omaha's size.

Just a guess....but I bet they use that court every year and just add the city and arena name for where ever they are.

Because the building is trying to become "Platinum LEED Certified" they are putting more windows on the south side of the building to let in sunlight and less on the other sides.

I would be surprised to very many position players called up, however there will likely be a few starting pitchers called up.  Still though, I like the Storm Chasers chances in the playoffs.

As a unl student living in the on campus apartments, I would love to see some kind of grocery store that is near enough to walk. I wouldn't have to pester my roommate about driving out to 27th street anymore.

But it seems like there are a few of you that would like to see some new development in place of the civic.  Big if and very unlikely, but if the civic were to be torn down, what kind of development would you expect or want to see replace it?
